But more than anything, I’m a human who has loved deeply and knows what it feels like to be changed by loss.

My work was born from my own grief journey and from the quiet truth I kept noticing that most people are carrying more than they ever say out loud.

Grief doesn’t only come from death.

It comes from divorce, heartbreak, trauma, health changes, identity shifts, family pain, and life transitions.

And so many people feel alone inside it.

I created Love and Connection because I believe something simple:

We heal when we’re witnessed.

We regulate through safe presence.

We return to aliveness through human connection and nature.

This isn’t a brand to me.

It’s a movement back to what matters.
