Love and Connection with Jackie James

Love and Connection

with Jackie James

Grief asks us to slow down.

Connection brings us back to life.

I create in person gatherings and experiences where people can feel what’s real, share what’s true, and remember they are not alone. This is a space for grief, love, presence, healing, and the wild child spirit inside all of us that still wants to live.

You don’t need to be fixed.

You need to be witnessed.

This is what I’m creating

Love and Connection is a growing movement of real human spaces for anyone carrying grief, heartbreak, change, loss, stress, or the quiet ache of feeling alone.

Here, we come back to ourselves through presence, conversation, nature, and nervous system safe connection.

You’ll find:

Small in person grief talks

Grief walks, hikes, and outdoor experiences

Workshops and community gatherings

Stories that speak the truth

Gentle reminders that love never leaves us

Not therapy. Not fixing. Not performance.

This work is simple and sacred.

A room where you can exhale.

A walk where your body can breathe again.

A circle where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay.

These gatherings are for people who are tired of surface level connection and ready for something real.

Ways to connect

Grief Talks

Small gatherings to sit together, share honestly, and feel supported in your grief and your humanity.

Grief Walks and Connection Hikes

Nature based connection experiences where we walk, breathe, and talk about what’s real in a grounded and gentle way.

Workshops and Special Events

Women’s circles, co ed gatherings, themed nights, and community events that bring us back to life.

Angels Are All Around You

Healing keepsakes, angel messages, and sacred reminders for the heart woven into this work as a gentle companion.

Why I’m doing this

I’m creating what I needed.

After profound loss, my nervous system changed.

My relationship with time changed.

My relationship with people changed.

What I needed most was not more advice.

I needed presence.

I needed people willing to sit in the truth with me.

And I kept seeing signs,

angels, music, and “wild child” reminders

that love continues, even after loss.

This is my devotion,

to grief and to aliveness,

to love and to connection,

to living fully again, one honest moment at a time.
